Krause - Annapurna
Hydraulic Ironing & Embossing Press |

KRAUSE/ Cleasen / Gmbh , Machinenfabrik of Germany have entered into technical collaboration Annapurna Machinenfabrik private limited ., Kolhapur for the manufacturing of world class KRAUSE hydraulic press machines for leather. 'KRAUSE' Presses are world famous for their high quality and reliability, used for ironing the leather and for producing highly attractive and deep grain impressions. With their introduction non-welded plate sheets, steel frame construction for the manufacture of presses, the danger of rupture of supports could be elliminated entirely. The hot rolled sheetsd are used strictly after ultrasonic examination and proper machining.
The safety device construction is available in mechanical type as standard features. The presses can also equipped with an electronic safety light barrier as additional accessory which is wear resistant and time saving feature. Owing to the use of most modern hydraulic pumps, we can obtain at all presses approximately 12-15 strokes per minute where by, however the changeable time under pressure is not considered. In order to increase the capacity of the presses and to simplify the operation'KRAUSE' have developed the transport belt system 'MULTAPORT' for one-man feeder in continuous run with one- man before and one-man behind the press. The forward feed of the transport belt is controlled exactly by a pulse counter according to depth of plate, so that insignificant overlapping occurs during embossing.
