Our Band Knife splitting machine is available in three sizes: 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2100mm passage. The machine is used for splitting leather in order to separate uniform thick layer of the grain side The thickness of the grain layer can be adjusted according to the requirements. The leather is placed on the operating table grainside up and introduced between the upper grooved roller and the lower ring roller. These two rollers conduct the leather towards the endless splitting Band knife, which slices the leather. The rainside of the leather comes out at the back of the machine, here from it is pulled out. The split-off flesh side falls under the rear table of the machine.
